First of all, I wanted to thank everyone for their response to my
concerns about bilateral adrenal surgery.  Sierra went into surgery
yesterday morning at Upstate Veterinary Specialists.  It turns out that
she only needed the left adrenal removed.  She will be enjoying a bed
made of momma's lap, towels, and a heating blanket for the next day or
two.  Everyone at Upstate was very professional and knowledgeable, and
even tolerated my book length list of questions.
