SHE"S NAKED, SHE'S REALLY SITTING IN FRONT OF ME NAKED HOLDING A FERRET!
LOL.  I love it.  Ten years ago if someone said I'd be sitting watching
the news delivered naked... and a naked woman would be holding a ferret
doing so, I would have committed them.
 
Back to being serious:
 
Sandrine gives the best direct information on ferrets I've ever heard in my
life.  No two ways about it.  She gave the skinny (forgive the pun), and
educated people on high maintance needs, and on the shelter situations.
It was tremendous.  It wouldn't hurt if we all took down what she said
verbatem... and then handed out that as a pamphlet to anyone that stops and
asks us about our ferrets.  It could be like a "read this first", and then
we'll talk kind of thing.  It would save us a big bunch of breath.  It
would be direct so the lay person can "absorb it".  Gosh you know what?
It would really be cool, to have it typed out and then hung next to ferret
cages in pet stores.  Too bad most wouldn't allow it.
