Lupron MUST be given in the TIMED RELEASE FORM -- the DEPOT. Giving
the daily form will only worsen things if it even has an effect.

You can read about why the cheaper 24 hour form of Lupron can worsen
adrenal disease in:

http://www.miamiferret.org/24hr_lupron.htm

I have NOT heard of the timed release form, the depot, having a
generic.

On the same score, the time release form of deslorelin, the
IMPLANTcalled Suprelorin, must be given instead of regular deslorelin.
That is for the same reason. These drugs are in the same class and the
same type of problem can occur with the short acting form.
