Dear FML:
I hope nobody will take offense to me writing a BIG thank you to all those
who wrote me concerning ferrets and pregnancy. There were so many! I
cann't believe the number that were also pregnant, almost enough to start
another list: Pregnant with ferrets? Nope-Sounds kinda funny.

I have had the flu and am really moving slowly. I'm really to old for this
PG stuff. I have made my 14 year old son a deal to clean the ferret cage
nightly and bought some gloves if I have to do it myself.

I had a terrifing thing happen today. I was at home sick, trying to get
the energy to get ready for work. My husband is out of town, and I hear a
noise out in the living room. Sounds like someone walking. I go out and
the cats are unconcerned but I noticew that my son did not lock the front
door as he left this am. I locke dup and went back to bed. Only to hear
more noises! I decide I'm not staying home today and get ready for work.
As I'm drying my hair I hear a load scrape along the wall. Nothing in my
room,Try to decide to call the police or grab the bow to whack them with.
Open the door, cat is sitting right there, still isn't concerned. I do
discover a picture has fallen in my room. I'm getting a sandwich ready to
take with me and lo and behold there's Nikita- out of the cage and looking
up at me like, Hi mom. That had to be my noise maker. Especially when she
went down to the basement. She got so mad when I put her back in the cage
that she showed me how she got out. Thanks again for all the info.
