A Glade plug-in caused a fire that killed all the animals except for
one dog. Many ferrets have trouble with the fumes from those, too.

I don't know details beyond what is in:
http://www.wmbfnews.com/Global/story.asp?S=11272868

The article is titled:
>Plug-in air freshener sparks fire which kills 12 pets

and the summary is:
>They were able to rescue and revive a dog from the home, but four
>dogs, three cats, four ferrets and a snake perished in the fire.
>
>According to a fire inspector at the scene, a plug-in air freshner
>located in the back of the home sparked the fire which caused
>extensive damage.
