Thanks to all for info and suggestions.  I'm also in the middle of
construction and chaos and have a houseguest, so I'm a bit freaked out
at this point to know what I'm going to do.  Using Neem oil to repel
them from biting us.  They much perfer humans; so far Rocky's ok.  I'm
keeping a close watch on him.  Will let you all know what happens in
case you have this problems.
