Dear Friends;
Just wanted to pass along that I received three very nice E-mails from John
Mcpherson (you remember-he writes "Closer to Home").  He says that the mail
from ferret enthusiasts is running about 50/50 as to wheather or not people
liked the ferret cartoon (also 50/50 nice vs not nice e-mails).  He said he
was entirely unaware of the CA legislation pending and would never do
anything intentionally to hurt the cause.
 
Please be kind if you intend to E-mail him on the subject.  It is always
better to make new friends for the ferret community than to create new
enemies:)
