well, i got mixed responses on that one *sigh*

i want to thank everyone that supported my decision to take her back to the
store. for you people that suggested i take her to a ferret shelter...
well, there just isnt one around here. you guys might not like the fact
that im the clostest to a shelter you will find within a 300 mile radius.

i HAVE taken in biters... 3 in fact, and all are well adjusted, and very
sweet.

i also have taken in a ferret with a large tumor on her arm, and 2 with
insulinoma.

its not like i WANT her to die! the pet store where i got her is very good,
and they will find her a new home.

i worked at the humane society and tho i dont agree with alot of what they
do... euthanizing dogs based on their breed... i *DO* agree that animals
that cant be cured of biting in a short time do not make good pets. and
even if they ARE 'cured' who knows if they wont bite again?

i have children in this house. i do not want to take ANY chances that this
ferret would bite them... as bad as it bit me. granted, the kids and the
ferrets are never together... but who knows when the child will figure out
how to open the door, or as smart as ferrets are... if THEY do open it <G>

well anyways... thanks to the ppls that supported my decision... and to all
the ppls that dont... its easy to see why ppls want to unsubscribe so
much... considering i came here for support, and a few ppls wrote me mail
that made me sound like the worst person on the face of this earth.
*chuckle*
