The recipe for insulinoma elixir is available at www.miami.ferret.org

When I used the elixir for Farrah I was careful not to use chicken broth
with MSG (monosodium glutamate) in it. Since MSG makes me sick, I was
concerned about what it might to do Farrah. "Campbell's Healthy Request"
chicken broth has no MSG.

Farrah did well on the elixir without prednisone and it held her over until
we heard of pancreatic surgery recommended by Dr. Weiss. After the surgery
Farrah was symptom free.

By the way, the first place I heard of the elixir and the surgery was on
the FML, on the internet. (The internet also clued us into the dangers
of aspartame for humans.) Some people question the value of internet
information and if I am within hearing distance, I tell the story about how
the internet's FML saved Farrah's life. (Farrah will be 6 in July. We're
expecting Pheobe, one of her birth sisters, to come celebrate with her.
You will probably hear about it on the FML.)
