This is just an observation, but I wondered what people think?  My 5 y/o
ferret, Sam, suddenly developed total hair loss that certainly looked just
like adrenal disease (I had recently nursed my brother's ferret who had it
through his surgery).  I decided to wait awhile to see if it increased,
which it did seem to do.  I decided to try putting Ferret Drops in his
water every time I changed it (The hair he had left had gotten very dry
and brittle, also).  Well, after about 4-5 weeks, Sam began growing his
hair back, now has most of it back, and the rest of his fur is soft again.
Anyone else ever run into this?
