Re:  uprooted water bowls in bathroom
 
Something I thought of may help...take a small corner litter pan usually
plastic put double faced tape on bottom and sides of it and also put tape
on floor and side walls of bathroom.  Put water dish in the corner pan and
if they turn it over water stays in corner pan or make the corner pan the
actual water trough.  Only a suggestion.
