Karri: Our LilBit wanted to do the same thing, move the litter pan all
over the place and potty bind it.  We punched 4 holes in the pan, 2 at
the top and 1 on ea. side near the bottom back and took the plastic tie
wraps used to hole electronic wire together.  You slip one end thro pull
it tightly then you can cut the end you pulled thro and there is no way
they can undo it.[so far for the past 6 mo.]  Oh I forgot to tell you to
wire it to the cage.  Good luck.
