Hey everybody! It's me again, and yes, I have another question. There are
two ferrets at the Humane Society that I am thinking of getting. A male and
female, both sables, both altered. However, neither of them are descented.
The surgery would be an extra financial burden which I would prefer not to
have. My question is this: Does descenting lessen a ferret's odour IN *ANY*
WAY? Many people have told me that the answer is no, that technically the
surgery should make absolutely no difference. But I would really appreciate
some first hand testimonials to any experiences you guys have had with
descenting and it's after-affects. Thanks in advance!
