(Jen went to court on simple violation charges...like too many animals
and not the correct filing paperwork.  But not on the abuse because the
Humane Society stated in court they were taken care of by Jen (yeah
right!).)
 
Being from the other side of the pond I'm not familiar with your state or
fed.  laws but as she was not prosecuted for cruelty is she banned from
keeping animal as happens here in cruelty cases or just had the number of
animals she can keep at home limited.  Chris
