i need some help please...
 
i have several ferrets with "cold" symptoms...sneezing, runny/stuffed up
noses... i have called the vet...but a couple seem to have gotten a bit
worse since then... a couple seem to be having a real hard time
breathing... so i had tommy take me to the store and we got a "Vicks
Vaporizer"...i am reasonably sure this part is ok...the part i have the
question on is we got the "Steam Medication" to go in it...(menthol
vapors)...to help make it easier for them to breathe...
 
it has...
"A special blend of aromatics:
Eucalyptus Oil, Menthol, Camphor, Methyl Salicylate (Salicytate?), and
either Lavender Oil and Peppermint Oil or Mint Essential Oil, in a Mineral
Oil Base."
 
the room they are in is not a closed room...there is no door, only a 30"
high barrier between it and the living room...so the vapors/steam will
not be "concentrated" in there...
 
what i would like to know is...are there any ingredients in this
"medication" that will/could hurt them?
