Hi,
I just received the histopathology report from my vet. I have a baby girl
that had a very enlarged vulva, which we thought was from an ovarian
remnant. The vet did the surgery removing a sample from the adrenal gland
to check out and what was thought to be an ovarian remnant. However it
wasn't, it turned out to be a tumor. I was surprised to see that in such a
young ferret. It worries me. Is this likely to re-occur in her? Are
adrenal tumors really common or does it just feel that way? I've had
another ferret I rescued with adrenal tumors and she passed away. I am
afraid for my other ferret too, I mean she has no symptoms and is regularly
vet checked/has bloodwork done, but I am worried about it. Any answers
would help.

Thanks
Sarah, Tiki, Dharma, and Sydney
