Seldon sleeps so soundly (like many ferrets) that I can scale his
teeth with a dentist's scaler without him waking up.  He sleeps on his
back with his paws in the air (like many ferrets), and it is a simple
matter to pull back his lip gently and get at that one big triangular
tooth in back.  Admittedly he is the most mellow ferret I've ever met.
Dors is not as easy to do.
