Tail Hair Loss - Acne?

We have a female pink eyed white about a year old who has a little hair
loss on her tail.  There also some black spots on the skin of the tail.  Is
this some sort of ferret acne or something else?  Is there anything we can
do about it?  Otherwise her health is great.  Thanks in advance.
