I can't speak for your neighbor, but if my ferret ever latched onto anyone
like that, I'd certainly take back my request!  Obviously this ferret has
some kind of problem.  I can't believe she'd still be willing to put you
through that.
 
She may have bred ferrets, but she obviously never trained them - to not
bite or to use the litterbox.
