If I was you I would send a complaint to Marshall's directly & also
go beyond Ferret.com's customer service & write a "real" letter to
someone higher up the "food" chain.

You can also file a complaint with the BBB if they are a member. Put
your complaint on their Facebook page, on their forum page, etc.

If you voice your concerns loud enough someone should listen.

Just my opinion.
