Actually, moving air in an enclosed room does no good for a fuzzy. They
don't sweat so moving air is not going to keep them any cooler.
Conditioned air, ie: cooled air, does benefit the little rascals.

Outside is different. My babies enjoy being out in 90 plus weather, as
long as:
1. They are in shade.
2. They have deep shade to which they can disappear.
3. They have lots (great grammar, eh wot?!!) of fresh water. And
4. There is enough air movement to keep any of the surfaces in their
   enclosure, cool to the touch.

Remember, heat in an enclosed room or car is an oven. Even taking towels
and wetting them and blowing air over them, in an enclosed, hot room does
nothing more than to raise the humidity and raise the heat index. Outside,
no matter how hot, heat rises, and creates its own air mass and movement,
generally.

For our fuzzies
