My husband and son have made several wheelchairs for ferrets. They are
made using instructions off of the internet with a few modifications.
We have sent two to ferrets on the Giving Tree. We have received good
feedback on the ferret who has gotten his wheelchair already (one is
getting it for Christmas Day). We would like to know if there is any
interest from other people who want one of these for their ferrets.
We are only charging for the cost of materials and a small amount for
husband and son's time. It looks like the price will be around $25-$35
dollars, depending on what we have to pay for the parts. If anyone is
interested please just send us an email and I will correspond with you
directly. We're not trying to make money off paralyzed ferrets, just
provide an affordable wheelchairs to those who can't make them.
