I am located in Tallahassee, Florida.  I was contacted by a woman today who
was referred to me by my vet.  She has two 5+ y.o. ferrets, a sable male
and sable female for whom she would like to find a good home.  I won't go
into the details, but, suffice it to say that they are getting very little
time out of their cage due to family (and animal) circumstances.  She wants
a good home for them and wants them to go together.  She got them 4 years
ago when her sister left them with her to babysit.  She says they are both
very healthy.  She will keep them if she can't find a good home but would
prefer to give (?) (she didn't mention money and I didn't ask) them to
someone who knows ferrets.  She doesn't want to advertise and doesn't want
them to go to a shelter.
 
If you are interested, please contact me directly.  My 4 ferret and 4 (at
this time) possum household wouldn't work out.  My ferrets do NOT welcome
strange ferrets at all.
