When I see words like Kalifornia or Amerika, I think of foreign
languages, like German ("Kalifornien," "Amerika"). Fascism never occurred
to me. Personally, I'd like to keep it that way. There is nothing wrong
with the letter k.
 
My sincere hope is that ferrets will soon become legal in the Golden
State, no matter how we spell it.
