Like always there I was minding my own business.  There it was, OH NO, I
thought.  I'll check it out, I'll just look............
 
But the magic of a "New" pet store just calls to some of us.  Brand new,
just opened this very morning.
 
I walked in here comes a nice looking middle age guy.  I held out my hand
and introduced my self, Hi, I'm David, and I'm a ferret freak, I mean a
ferret Dad, I mean a ferret caregiver, I mean got any ferret stuff."
"Sure" he smiled, here you go." And wow did they have ferret stuff.
common sense items, and even my favourite "kitten food", you know the
stuff in the purple bag.
 
*sigh* , the next thing I know I'm writing a check for $$$$$$$$$.  Damn I
thought, no lunch money now.  I did break down and bought a bag of ZuPreen
dry food for ferrets.  the percentages look real good, did the boys like
it?.....NO.......not yet.  And I bought a nice ferret tent, I guess ferret
tents are different than rabbit tents.  It's a snazzy shade of red, no
assembly, no battery.........did the boys fight to get in it.......
NO.........won't go in it.Hey guys this is a genuine $10.98 red ferret
tent..........Nope, not more than a sniff........ but the hit of the day,
the big splash in the ferret world at the Smith house, was the new plastic
bag.  Go figure........
 
The new place is called "Petz Place" in tiny little New Philadelphia,
Ohio, and the fiends placed it right across the street from my place
of employment........... At least they liked the ferretvite, it was
"escorted" to some secret place already.  Any opinions on the ZuPreen
food?
