Hello all,
 
Please help me.  I have only subscribed to the FML for about two weeks;
however I am impressed at how everyone is eager to help each other.  I have
two Fuzzies (Spike and Feather), and we need your help.  I have recently
moved to Windsor, Ontario, Canada and it is a city by-law that Ferrets are
exotic animals and, in addition to steep fines, are to be destroyed whenever
found.  Since I have no intention of giving my pals up, I have decided to
try and reverse this by-law.  Are there people out there who have done this
and may have some advice for me...approaches, tactics, or even information
packages?  Your help would be appreciated.
