Hi Alicia,
I know what you mean, there is not much credible info on petfinders
regarding ferrets.Another thing I've noticed is that some humane
societies appear to be splitting up and adopting out bonded pairs, have
you noticed this too?  They will state that the ferrets came in together
but will adopt them out individually, it makes me wonder how many
depressed ferrets are getting re-homed without any consideration.  Do
you think that perhaps it's time for the shelters to make up a ferrets
"considerations" guide and ask petfinder's to link to it on the adoption
page itself?  I don't know if they will, but it's worth asking them.
