I'm about to lose my mind.
 
Marmette is at the OSU Vet Hospital right now.  They're doing x-rays and
blood work for possible lymphoma.  I'm praying it's only a blockage.  She
hasn't eaten anything or used her litter box in three days.  I figured she
was just using a corner somewhere that I couldn't find.  But this morning
she was so weak she could barely walk over to me.  I'm freaking out.  They
had me sign a surgery agreement but they said she's too dehydrated to
operate right now.  My poor, poor baby.
 
I was just divorced from my best friend of 15 years.  I can't imagine my
life without Marmette, too.  So please keep her in your thoughts.  It's
going to be a long day.  And hopefully by the time you read this, I'll know
more as to what is going on.  I feel like my heart is breaking.
