If Xena is not losing weight and tends to vomit only when extremely excited
I wouldn't worry at all.  If there were a real problem, stomach blockage
etc..  then she would lose weight and you would know.  If I were you I would
just make sure she keeps eating and doesn't lose any weight.  I had a cousin
like that when he was a kid :)  weird.
