Bob, Since Michigan is apparently a temporal gadfly think of the headlines
and tv grab lines which could derive from that to get more folks hearing of
the Kodo case: Did you pay fewer bucks in 1992 taxes?  Well, 1992 is good
enough for the state government so maybe it should be good enough for you.
Is 1992 too recent for you?  Have a smoke belching car?  Maybe you should
insist on 1955 standards being applied in your case.  Did you break a new
law?  Don't worry.  The government is back in 1992!  Hey, did you have the
same Governor and Attorney General in 1992?  Perhaps they aren't even in
office!
