Well, the guys have just completed their first day of rigorous training for
the carrotball event ot the Olympics.  I just interviewed Tater as he soaked
in the hot tub, trying to releive the cramps in his four feets and legs, as
well as his nose bone.  He said that he would be ready for the event.  Odie
had no comment.  He's lying on the bed, with all four feets pointed at the
ceiling, completely zonked out, and looking mighty yellow.  I had to make
three trips to the grocery store to buy carrots before Odie got his fill.
Just before he passed out, he asked me to search the Web for a Carrots
Anonymous group.  When he finally wakes up, and regains his normal color, he
should be happy to learn that I found a local chapter of the group right
here in Atlanta.
 
Tater told me not to be too hard on his fat little brother.  He was kinda
scrawny when he first came to live with us but has plumped out and gotten
really fat and lazy.  Tater informed me that Odie would be in shape before
the Olympic event.  At least Odie never wants to see another carrot unless
Rosie is wearing it on her cute little tail as a symbol of his affection and
devotion.
 
Oh yes.  we just received word this afternoon that there will be a British
team competing in the Carrotball event.  Let's hear it for the Union Jack.
It's a mighty good thing that the British are good losers.  Tater and Odie
are, after all, only competing in the Olympics to prove their love for Rosie
& Maxie.  Let's just say that they are *inspired*.
