I am so glad to hear the Giving Tree is starting up again.  It is such a
special way to learn of and reach out to ferrets living their lives in
shelters.  It's also a beautiful way to reach out to shelters during such
a magical time of year to let them know that they are not alone.
 
The post for the ADV tree was written in such a touching way, bringing
an image of ferrets separated in their own homes.  It is so important to
be reminded of these ferret's lives, who are dying but not without hope.
I hope their stories can inspire those of us not touched yet by ADV and
that their tree can be dedicated to donations for shelter ADV testing and
ADV research.
 
Thank you to those of you that are organizing these two different trees.
