To replace Dr. Fitzgerald, we are excited to announce that Dr. June
McNicholas will be joining us all the way from Scotland, UK.  Dr. June
is a medical psychologist who uses ferrets in medical therapy with
terminally and severely disabled children.  She also works closely
with NFWS in the UK and is a self confessed ferret freak.
 
Dr. June will be discussing the effects of ADV in the UK, viral Lymphoma
and other illnesses seen in the UK.  She will also be discussing Dr. Nico
Schoemaker's research into spay/neuter alternatives and the possibility
of its impact on controlling hyperadrenocorticism.  Dr. Schoemaker's
findings were published in Veterinary Medicine in July 2005.
 
We hope that you are just as excited as we are and look forward to seeing
