Simple fix...buy one of those bowls that attach to the cage via a knobbed
screw.  Can't tip what's affixed!  Of course, another solution would be to
replace the bowl with a water bottle.  If you don't wish to replace the
bowls you've already bought, get a heavy rubber bungie cord and strap
that bugger in!
