We have at various times had terrible problems with the meal moths that get
into flour, grains and pet foods.
 
Here are some suggestions.  Check bags when you buy them to make sure there
are no holes, which may suggest prior contamination.  Transfer grains and
pet food into glass or metal containers.  Failing that, put bags inside a
_sturdy_ plastic bag and close tightly with a twist tie.
