Has anyone ever tried entertaining their ferrets with soap bubbles?

I envisioned the same reaction I get with soap bubbles and cats. Since the
ferrets also like to follow a red laser pointer on the walls in a dark room,
I thought the bubbles would be a hit.

Mine showed little interest. I couldn't figure out if it was because they
couldn't see them very well, or the bubbles went away before they could
really get a hold of them, therefore, were not entertaining enough..

I wonder if kits might like them more or be more willing to play along?

Ann
