I am posting on behalf of Schermerhorn Ferret Rescue in Austin, TX.  They
must close the shelter due to a neighbor complaining about the number of
animals.  Sharon, the shelter mom, has over 80 ferrets in the shelter at
this time.  She has already been able to place 30 of them, but needs to
find a place for the remaining 50.  The ordinance that she is in violation
of has been in place for many years, but since no one ever complained, she
was allowed to keep the shelter.  Now that someone has filed a complaint,
she has to close..
