We were in our first ferret show and actually won 3rd place for best
alter.  It was really fun but kinda confusing.  I didn't really
understand the judging process and categories.  I was told to enter
one of my boys as a chocolate, so I did and he did well.
 
All the different colors and patterns are a little confusing.  I was just
wondering, I was told one of my ferrets was an "shetland" what does that
mean?
 
Is there a web page that has pictures of all the different
standards/colors and patterns of ferrets?
 
We really had fun, and my ferrets are beautiful, no matter what color or
pattern they are, but I was just curious.
