This is a sad story as another city gets hit be stupid laws.

In Eagan Mn ferrets are now illeagal they're not searching down previous
owners since it is a very brand new law. What happened is that some
released they're ferrets in the city limits abandoning them. Any ways not
sure of the age a child picked up the ferret and the ferret supposedly bit
the kid in the face. This is the first bite by a ferret that I know of in
the city of Eagan. because of this they are now illeagal. Unknowen details
for all we know the child was torturing teasing maybe squeezing to hard or
the ferret could have been abused. Also where was the child parent why
wasn't it taught to leave stray animals alone.

The thing is is they've had a few bad dog attackes stitches possible
hospital stay but yet why are not dogs illeagal or weven that breed? My
personal opinion is that dogs are more dangerous then ferrets anyday. You
at least have a chance of easily outrunning a ferret. How many people can
outrun a dog especially children?

Anyways now that I vented my frustration in the stuipidity of governments.
Im goingt to check into what can be done to elighten some people. Anyone
have any ideas and those statistics of Dog vs ferret bites would be nice too.
