Hi everyone,
 
I just thought I would tell you about Calvin's first bath.  Calvin just
loves to play in the bathtub, and he was playing in there ( with no water
of course ) and I thought it would be the perfect time to give him a bath.
So I stared to run the water and he loved it, he would stick his head in
it and splash his little feet... and the stick his head under the running
water again.  I was so funny to watch. I don't know when it hit him, but
at some point, whe the water had reache about 1 inch deep,  he realized that
this was not just for his enjoyment and he freaked out. I have never had
any of my other ferrets have such a fit at bathtime. I had to hold him by
the scruff to wash him and rinse him off. He also wimpered and cried, it
made me feel so bad.   He has never had a bath before, so I don't
understand why he wanted to play at first but then freaked out two
minutes later.??
Another thing that I have noticed about Calvin is that he doesn't walk.
He creeps, like he is afraid that at any second ' Hobbes' will jump out and
tackle him... He is so funny, his little tummy never gets more that a
centimeter or two off the floor. Maybe I should have named him Creeper.
 
well, he also goes today ( tuesday) to get another booster shot,
hopefully he won't cry again at that.  I can't wait to see how much
weight he as gained. He already towers over my two girls.
