I stand corrected.  You work for the military, so my statement was perhaps
a bit broad.  You are also the exception, at least in my experience, not
the rule.  Of course, you were right in my opinion when you posted a note
recently about the collective impact of ferret owners.  Eventually, we
will become a loud enough voice that we can't be ignored, and maybe then
ferrets will be legal on military bases.  (I have brought mine on base in
my car a couple of times when it was cool outside, introduced them to my
co-workers, and then taken them back home.  I didn't realize that was
against the law -- to think they could have seized my little furrballs!)
