This type of complaint IMO should have been forwarded in writing to the
dept which oversees MD permits!
 
That would have been a start as well as the local ACO!
 
MNo one bothered with these types of legalese because the ferret
community was ever proud of sheltering for it's own.  I still believe
ferret shelters are great BUT they need to conform to cruelty prevention
practices of the larger realm...
 
Maybe we can all start for the better now!
