So I pull up the ferret cam...and there is not a picture that I can
make out. The camera is still on, but what in the world am I seeing?
I have a moment of pure panic. Don't tell me they took the cam away
already! We haven't even seen little Peanut's eyes open yet! Finally
I see movement and realize that someone has taken the lid off of the
nesting box and the camera along with it. I get a glimpse of someone's
legs and feet and what I think is the outdoors. Then they put the lid
(and camera) back together. Georgia comes rip-tearing back into the
nesting box, then tears out again. Comes back in...zips back out. Comes
back in with little Peanut in tow. She sets him down and spends the
next ten minutes rearranging the bedding to her satisfaction. Peanut is
uncharacteristically still. I panic again. What's wrong with Peanut??!!
Then I realize the even baby BFFs probably have SND moments..lol. All
is well now, mom and baby are sleeping..the BFF cam is working and all
is right with my world again.
