Still a bit of fundraising to do-- I thought we would see a couple corp
sponsors by now.. but amazingly despite the lack of corporate support
the small donations of $5 and $10 have really added up..

We have managed to raise about 1/4 of the money needed for the fuel
expenses for the whole year..

Now I face the horrible task of hitting up friends and family.. yep..
even Ferret folks.. please check out the project.. ask questions .. and
if you can contribute please don't forget a mailing address for a thank
you card and receipt. We have applied for our 501c3-- and per the IRS
we can accept donations as long as we let everyone know the status is
pending.. they say it might take at least an additional 140 days.. but,
at least they haven't said "NO". I want to tell you upfront that "No"
is an acceptable answer. I love my ferret friends and that certainly
won't change.
