This is a follow-up to my post today about ferret math about to hit our
home.  I will be checking various web sites to see if I can locate any
shelters anywhere in my area, but if anyone knows of a shelter in the
Central New York area, please e-mail me.  I'd like to rescue a ferret, if
possible, but I am concerned about the possibility of bringing a sickness
into my home because of the shelter ferret being around so many other
ferrets.  Please tell me if I need to be concerned or if I'm over-reacting
to stuff I've read.  Also, I have no idea if the shelter I go to is a good
shelter, or a bad one, so any information in that regard would be great,
too.  Thanks!
