went to a home show today and saw a demo of this machine.

the guy demoing this showed me a blade that is all chipped, but the
device still works because the blade spins so fast it can boil water.
apparently he used to do demos of this machine by throwing 2x4's in
and turning those into sawdust.  he also said he used it to pulverised
chicken bones (see where this is going?).  incredibly expensive though...
any one used this for making chicken gravy?  I'm thinking of getting one
to make turkey gravy, maybe...
