Thank you to the people who have been e-mailing, but problem solved.
Alexander cried when he had to say goodbye to his Pigs, but he
understands that he has done wrong. It's a hard lesson. He's very
solemn about it. I only blame him for half of what he put the Pigs
through. I blame his *adults* for not responsibly monitoring a (barely)
four year old's interaction with small animals that couldn't fight
back. I think the adults got off awfully light by comparison. He is
always lovely with Ping amd Puma, but I have never left him *alone*
with them and just walked away.. Nor will I, until he is a good bit
older.
