We just bought a Vita-Mix and I made my first gravy with it. It was
FABULOUS! I cooked the chicken (cut into pieces) for about 2 or 3 hours.
Found out one important thing..............LET IT COOL some!! LOL Put
some in the Vita-Mix while it was still a bit too hot and BLAM.. it was
all over the place--hanging from the cabinets.. uck!!

After cooling, it worked wonderfully. I always strain my gravy.. just
cannot think about bone shards in there......... I know Bob, I know.....

You can make so many wonderful things with the Vita-Mix and the fact that
it helped me make my gravy in half the time is such a plus!! Expensive,
but money well spent!

Love on your fuzzies!
Fran
