My silver mitt DaVinci was put on prednisilone(pills, bottle has 30/30/30
on it) about two years ago for treatment of lymphoma.  ( never confirmed)
His lymphnodes have not changed while on the pred.  The pred seems to
help with some itchy areas he has though.  Initially one pill a day was
reccomended but I quickly reduced that to a quarter tablet a day -
sometimes every other day.  (I noticed he had bad breath- a bad sign)  My
question is - am I doing more harm than good keeping him on this medication
- his hair has been thinning and am wondering if the pred has something to
do with it.  Incidentally - DaVinci is 7+ yrs old
