Well its been a while since I posted, I've ben reading when I can and I
read yesterdays FMl and was saddened by al the losses of these precious
ferrets. I know first hand how it feels to lose a loved one, and it
happens to often when you are taking in unwanted ferrets.

To everyone that lost a ferret, I am so sorry you had to lose your baby,
in time the pain will lessen some, the memories will always be strong and
in time when you think of your lost little ferret and remember the times
together you will smile through the tears. Just think of all the friends
they have over the Rainbow Bridge, and how they are weasel war dancing
with no more pain or handicaps to slow them down, and know they will be
there to greet you when you make the trip over the Rainbow Bridge.

Now for an update, where to start! I finally got moved with all the
shelter kids, what a fiascio. It took myself and 2 other friends from
9am to 3am the next day to move all the cages, set up, and move all the
ferrets. And then move all the supplies, my stuff etc about 3 more days.
I'm living out of boxes but the ferrets are loving it. A few of the old
timers are a bit stressed out but are finally adjusting.

During all the moving and cleaning and stuff, we stil took in ferrets,
I don't remember how many since last shelter update, but we are now up
to 139 for the year, currently 46 at the shelter, many are ready for
adoption. There are also more scheduled to come in this weekend. If
your looking for a friend, give us a call, there are trios, pairs,
singles, all wonderful little ferrets.

I want to thank Joanne and the gang at SOS for the donation to my vet
from the Buck of the month club. With so many comming in and surgeries
waiting to be done this was very veery needed!

Also thanks to everyone that bid on the items that my friend put on e bay
to help the shelter, she said some sent a little extra to help with the
shelter. I think she said there is a little over a $100 for the vet
bills! Well I hope to have time to post more later, I want to tell you
about a few special ferrets waiting for their forever home.

Take care all,
